I’ve always loved shopping at See’s Candies ( online and in-store) because the quality for the price is hard to beat. But my latest visit really stood out thanks to Melissa. I came in trying to track down a chocolate I had recently tried but couldn’t name. I did my best to describe it, and Melissa immediately knew exactly what I was talking about. She even let me sample it to confirm, and she was spot on! Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she went above and beyond with her customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even reminded me to use a coupon I had received in the mail (which I totally would have forgotten otherwise). It’s rare to get that level of thoughtful service these days. Thank you Melissa!

Look what, Jennifer, helped me put together for Easter treats!!!! The bunny boxes had already been sold out but See's had empty ones and we filled them to the max with our favorites and Easter colors. We even added a cute See's ribbon to the box. I had so much fun. Thank you, Jennifer, for making my See's experience the best!! 🐰

PSA – It is more cost-effective to buy online and pick up in store than to purchase in person To start, this review is about the store experience, not the employees. Everyone I have interacted with here has been wonderful—consistent with the positive experiences I’ve had at other See’s locations. Since first discovering See’s, I’ve genuinely enjoyed the tradition of building a custom box and sampling chocolates. Over the years, I’ve purchased many assortments as gifts, often bringing them to places where recipients were pleasantly surprised, as it was their first time trying See’s. Last week, while picking up a few gift packs, I initially planned to place an online order for pickup but decided to walk in, as I usually do. While looking for a specific item, I pulled it up on the See’s website for reference and noticed something I hadn’t encountered before: the same item was priced lower online than in-store. This wasn’t limited to one product—it appeared to be consistent across multiple items. When I asked about the difference, the explanation I received didn’t fully add up. See’s Candies is absolutely delicious—our family’s personal favorite! We especially love their coffee chocolates; they’re simply irresistible. Whether you’re treating yourself or looking for a gift, they offer a wide range of package sizes—from small to large. Their chocolate lollipops are perfect for both kids and adults—my teenager loves them! We almost visit every weekend just to pick up our favorites: coffee chocolates and lollipops.
